Nicola Arnold (PCC, CPCC, BA (Hons), Cert Ed) is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) who empowers individuals to stand in their spotlight, illuminating their path of possibilities.
With over 18 years’ experience in helping individuals focus on their development both professionally and personally, her passion is in supporting individuals to connect with who they really are and what they really want. She writes regularly for Thrive Global and The Huffington Post on self care, wellbeing and authenticity – three of her top values.
Nicola has a real passion for working with people who want to develop their confidence and those at a crossroads in life. Enabling them to connect with their true self, values and life purpose, she champions and challenges them to create a positive and empowering belief in what they want to do.
In 2016 she launched the Happy to be ME hub, an online community where people can share what’s made them smile and how they have connected with gratitude. It has fostered a culture where everyone supports and champions each other to be their authentic selves and be happy to be in their own skin. She has recently been shortlisted for an ‘exceptional service award’ for her work in supporting her online and local community with becoming more resilient and in promoting developing a happy society.
She firmly believes that if you want something you can’t just wish for it – you’ve got to make it happen! It’s about putting yourself first. So often in life we look after everybody else and do things to please others – what would it be like to focus your energy on you and what you would like too?
