Staines back on the brewery map…

logoFor the first time in 80 years there is once again a Brewery in Staines-upon-Thames.

The official launch of Thames Side Brewery took place today at The Swan pub in Staines where several of the Mayors and Council Chairmen in Surrey gathered to toast the new brewery and to celebrate the long history of brewing in this town. The last brewery was owned by Ashby’s and closed in 1936.

Staines Professional Informal Network

We would like to start an informal networking group called SPIN, which will provide an opportunity for local professionals to network over a drink and nibbles after work.

Handelsbanken Staines upon Thames would like to invite you to the launch event on Wednesday 14th September at our new premises Parris House, Watermans Court, Kingsbury Crescent, Staines upon Thames.

At the first event we will ask for feedback regarding how often this event is held and preferred venues.

Please pass on this invitation to any of your local professional contacts that may be interested.
